TapKat Solutions LLC Standards of Conduct

You, our customer (referred to throughout as “you,” “your,” etc.) must abide by these minimum Standards of Conduct when using the Website (defined in the Terms of Service).

You acknowledge that this Privacy Policy is part of the TapKat Solutions LLC (referred to throughout as “us,” “we,” “our,” etc.) Website Terms of Service, and by accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this site. We may update these Standards of Conduct from time to time. If we do so, we will notify you by posting the date of the last change or amendment at the top of this page. You agree that this method of notice is sufficient and that you will regularly check these Standards of Conduct to see if updates or changes have been made. Your continued use of the site after such amendments will constitute your acknowledgement of the modified Standards of Conduct and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Standards.

If you reasonably believe that any contribution to our websites made by another user contravenes this Standard of Conduct and/or any of the Website Terms, please notify us at support@tapkat.com. Contribution means any material posted or uploaded to our websites by a member of the public, including without limitation any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio material (“Contribution”).

Intellectual Property Rights

You will not make any Contribution to (or through) the Website, unless you have the legal authority to do so.

Malicious Computer Code

You will not make any Contribution or use the Website to distribute, viruses or other malicious forms of computer code. You will not engage in any behavior intended to interfere with the normal operations of the Website. You will not use bots, software or any other automated process to track, monitor or gather information on, any party visiting or using the Website. You will not use the Website for flooding, spamming or advertising. Flooding is when the same comment is posted over and over in the same forum; spamming is the posting of the same comment (or very similar) to more than one forum. All advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, junk mail and any other forms of commercial solicitation are prohibited.

Unacceptable Behavior

You will not use the Website as a platform for harassing or engaging in abusive behavior towards any other person.

You will NEVER use the Website to engage in any activity that violates the law, including (but not limited to) criminal or tortious behavior.

You will, at all times, use the Website in a manner fully consistent with the legal rights of all other persons and parties.

You will not use the Website to sell goods or in a commercial manner that is not obviously contemplated by the Terms.

User Submitted Content

You understand and agree that we have the right to delete or block publication of any Contribution you might attempt to post or upload to the Website for any or no reason.

You accept sole responsibility for any Contribution you post to, or transmit through, the Website and for any information or material you share with third parties.

You will not make any inappropriate Contribution of content or information including (but not limited to): (i) pornography, (ii) content that includes nudity of any kind, (iii) private information about third parties that you do not have consent to share, (iv) violent content or information, (v) any other gratuitous or offensive content or information.

You understand that our removal or decision not to post, your or any other user’s content, does not constitute tacit assent that we will generally monitor such content.

You will take care to ensure that any content or information you post or share through the Website is in keeping with the respectful and tolerant online community, which we strive to maintain.

Breach of this Standards of Conduct

It will be our sole decision as to whether there has been a breach of this Standards of Conduct. We have the right (but not the obligation) to edit, refuse to post, or to remove any contribution in whole or in part that we deem to be in breach of the Standards of Conduct. Where we believe there is a breach of the Standards of Conduct, we may take whatever action we feel is appropriate in the circumstances.

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct constitutes a material breach of the Website Terms, which could result in us taking any of the following actions: (1) issuing a warning to you, (2) immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of any contribution or of your right to use our websites, including deletion of any profile, (3) legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all losses and costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach and/or further legal action against you, and/or (4) disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities or other relevant third parties as we reasonably feel is necessary.

We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this Standards of Conduct. The responses described in this policy are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
