Private Residence

We have access to multiple private residences for each destination to increase availability for travelers. The photos shown represent the style and quality you can expect, though the exact residence you’ll stay in depends on availability during your selected dates. The images featured are of actual residences within our portfolio. In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—such as force majeure, property damage, or a change in ownership—Auction Packages is committed to providing a private residence and experience of equal value and quality.

Package Redemption

Trip winners will receive an email within 15 business days after the event containing their redemption certificate number and instructions for accessing our dedicated Trip Winner Portal. The portal includes everything needed to begin the trip planning process, including important information, next steps, and direct communication with their dedicated Booking Specialist. Reservations must be made at least 60 days before travel and are subject to availability and property inventory. Travel must be booked within 12 months of notification and completed within 24 months. Once confirmed, reservations are final. Packages are non-refundable and may not be transferred or resold. Blackout dates include the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.

HOW TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY: No contribution or purchase is necessary. Enter between the times indicated on the entry form for this Giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries, if discovered, will be disqualified.

ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be an employee or volunteer of a nonprofit registered in the United States and 18 years of age or older at time of entry.  THIS GIVEAWAY IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY. DO NOT ENTER THIS GIVEAWAY UNLESS YOU ARE LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
The following persons are not eligible for the Giveaway: 

• Persons are employees of Sponsor or its related organizations, including TapKat Solutions LLC and Auction Packages ("Employees").

• Persons who were employees of Sponsor or its related organizations (including TapKat Solutions LLC and Auction Packages) at any time during the eight (8) months prior to the start of the Giveaway ("Former Employees").

• Immediate family, and persons living in the same household as the Employee or Former Employee, and

• Other persons described in the entry instructions for this Giveaway.

• Void where prohibited by law.

PRIZE: Prize description and Prize retail value as described on the online entry form for this Giveaway. Winner is responsible for any costs associated with using the prize. Prize is nontransferable, is not good for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other merchandise. Winner will receive delivery of the prize as arranged by Sponsor. Tickets and gift certificates must be used in compliance with venue’s policies.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: Every eligible entry will be included in the drawing. Sponsor will randomly draw names of the winners and back up names from all eligible entries on the date specified on the online entry form. Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail or phone. If TapKat LLC is unable to reach a winner or a winner is unable to accept the prize within the time period specified on the online entry form, then that unawarded prize will go to the first available back up thereof until the prize is awarded. The rules detailing giveaway eligibility and method of selecting winners are on file at Sponsor’s offices. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries.

GENERAL: By participating in Giveaways, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and that Sponsor and related organizations, their agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize, or by participation in the giveaway. Sponsor or its related organizations may use winner’s name and likeness for advertising, fundraising, promotional or publicity purposes without further compensation. Expenses as a result of winning this prize, including taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
